Privacy Policy

anteluca is a private workspace. Your journal, plans, board, numbers and conversations belong to you. We do not sell them, mine them for advertising, or use them to train models. Here is exactly how your data is handled.

The short version. We collect the minimum needed to run the app: your email, a hashed password, and the content you create. Each member gets a structurally isolated database. To answer you, the AI sends relevant context to a third-party model provider that processes it on our behalf and does not train on it. We never sell your data or use it to train models. You can export or delete everything, anytime.

1. Who we are

anteluca ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI operating system for solo founders. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. For anything not covered here, email support@anteluca.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data. Your email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself, so we could not tell you what it is even if you asked.
  • Your workspace content. Everything you create in the app: plans, journal entries, tasks and board cards, notes, metrics, captured thoughts, uploaded images, and your conversations with the coach and planner. This is stored in a database that belongs to your account alone.
  • Basic technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) needed to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
  • Billing data. If you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details. We do not see or store your full card number; we keep only what is needed to manage your subscription (such as billing status and the last four digits).

3. How we use it

We use your data only to run anteluca for you: to save and show your work, to let the AI answer with the right context, to keep your account secure, to process payments, and to send you essential account emails (such as password resets and important service notices). We do not build advertising profiles.

4. Your own isolated database

Privacy in anteluca is structural, not just a promise. Each member's workspace lives in its own separate database. Your content is not one row in a giant shared table next to everyone else's, which means it cannot leak to another member through a forgotten filter or a query mistake.

5. The AI, and the third-party model provider

To generate replies, plans and briefings, we send the relevant parts of your workspace to a third-party large language model provider that processes the request on our behalf and returns a response. We share only what is needed to answer the specific request. Our arrangement with that provider is that your content is used to serve your request and is not used to train their models.

If you would rather not have your content processed by AI, much of anteluca still works without it, and the app keeps deterministic fallbacks so it functions even with no AI available. Contact us if you want to discuss this.

6. We never train models on your content

We do not use your journal, plans, numbers, images or conversations to train, fine-tune or improve any machine-learning model, ours or anyone else's. Your content is yours.

7. Cookies and sessions

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not embed third-party advertising trackers in the app. Some pages may load standard resources (for example, embedded videos on request), which can set their own cookies when you interact with them.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your workspace for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your workspace and its contents, except for limited records we are legally required to retain (for example, invoices for tax purposes) or short-lived backups and security logs that age out on a rolling basis.

9. Your rights

You are in control of your data. You can:

  • Access and export your content from within the app;
  • Correct your account details;
  • Delete everything, by deleting your account;
  • Object or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it;
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or similar laws elsewhere), you may have additional rights. To exercise any of them, email support@anteluca.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Security

We take security seriously: passwords are stored only as hashes, sign-in attempts are rate-limited, sessions are protected, and uploads are validated. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your workspace and to fix issues quickly. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@anteluca.com.

11. Children

anteluca is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International transfers

We and our providers (including the AI model provider and the payment processor) may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
