The fastest help is usually already inside the app. The coach knows your account and your day, so if you are stuck on how something works, ask it there first - it can see what you are actually looking at and answer in the context of your own work. But for anything the app cannot reach - a charge, a bug, your data - email works, and it comes to a person.

We keep support simple on purpose. One address, read by the people who build anteluca. You will not be handed between departments or asked to repeat yourself to a bot. Write to us about any of these:

  • Your account and billing. Trouble signing in, a charge you did not expect, or a change to your plan.
  • A bug. Something broke or behaved oddly. Tell us what you did and what happened - the more detail, the faster the fix.
  • A privacy or data request. You can ask us to export or delete your data, or ask how it is handled.
  • Press or partnerships. If you want to write about anteluca or work together, say hello.

A note on billing before you email: most of it is self-serve. You can upgrade, change or cancel your plan yourself, any time, from Settings inside the app. There is no form to fill in and no one to ask permission. And the first fourteen days are free, with no card required - so if you are still deciding, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to email us about.

When you do write, a little context helps us help you faster. For a bug, tell us what you were doing and what you expected to happen. For a billing question, the email on your account is enough for us to find you. You do not need to write anything formal - a plain sentence or two is perfect.

If you are looking for a quick answer, the FAQ on the homepage covers the questions we hear most, from how the coach works to what happens when your trial ends. For anything about your data - what we keep, how to export it, how to delete it - the Privacy page spells it out, and you can always email us to make a request in writing.

However you reach out, you are talking to the people who build anteluca. We read every message, and we would rather hear from you early than have you struggle in silence.
