The name

ante-luca is Latin for "before first light." It is the quiet hour before the world wakes, when the phone is silent and the work is entirely yours. anteluca began as a 5AM ritual, one honest hour before the day could make its claims, and grew into a tool you return to all day long.

The early hour is an anchor, not a rule. If mornings are yours, keep it. If they are not, ignore it. The point was never the clock. It was the feeling of a clean surface and a clear head, and that is what we set out to keep.
